Executive Assistant

An established Investment Bank in Central London is looking for a hungry and ambitious Executive Assistant to support 5-6 MD's and Senior VP's on a full time basis. This an exciting role in a team with long tenure!

Supporting this business are will require someone who is confident, proactive, conscientious and hardworking. Duties will include extensive international travel, diary management on a global scale, processing expenses and document management etc.

Entirely office-based role.

Skills/Experienced Required;

• 2-3 years experience in financial services
• Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.
• Must have experience scheduling across time zones.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• High degree of business acumen.
• Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
• Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
• Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
