Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role with a leading boutique investment bank?
We a recruiting for an Executive Assistant Float to join a dynamic Investment Bank. This is permanent position supporting Senior MDs, MDs, and their teams with business operations, providing both long-term and short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate extensive global travel for Senior MDs and their teams.
- Support business operations, contributing to efficiency across multiple teams.
- Provide seamless assistance in a fast-paced environment.
- Opportunity to expand your skill set by assisting with other operational aspects of the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent, demonstrable experience gained in an EA role from within boutique FS/Banking/PE/Alternate Investments
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a financial services or investment banking environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
