A global Financial Services firm is seeking a resilient and dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team of exceptional support staff.
The Executive Assistant will deliver strategic administrative support to a Managing Director and small wider team within the front-office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for complex diary and meeting management, arranging extensive global travel, processing expenses, collaborating with the events team, and handling ad hoc administrative requests.
The Executive Assistant will thrive working in a close-knit EA team and will have proven experience thriving in demanding and fast paced commercial environments.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ working in a front-office Financial Services PA/EA role
- Business Fluent English
- Flexible, adaptable, and stoic approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
