Receptionist

Tay Associates are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a part-time receptionist (25 hours per week across 5 days) at a global investment firm, based in the heart of the West End.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive individual with recent corporate reception experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

As a member of the Front of House team, you will be meeting and greeting guests, handling calls, coordinating and setting up meetings as well as providing assistance to other departments when needed. 

Skills/Experience

  • Recent demonstrable Corporate Receptionist experience.
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding Customer Service.
