Roadshow Coordinator

TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY!

Are you a forward thinking, efficient coordinator looking for your next temp to perm opportunity?

Tay Associates have partnered with an investment bank who are on the lookout for a Roadshow Coordinator who has high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task throughout the day as well as working to deadlines. This role includes coordinating group meetings and one to one session whilst ensuring all information is added to the scheduling system and investors and corporate calendars are correct. You will ensure you keep the company updated ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road, as well as managing any last-minute changes.

Requirements:

• Experience coordinating roadshows on a global scale and happy to travel
• Must have managed 15 + roadshows at one time 
• 3 years experience minimum working for an investment banking firm
• Excellent written and oral communications
• The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines whilst managing multiple large projects.
• Experience working for large organisation with high demanding teams.
